Insurance Services — How We Help

My Glass specializes in insurance-backed windscreen and glass replacements. Our service is available only to customers with active motor insurance.
We submit claims on your behalf, coordinate with your insurer, and — where policy rules allow — arrange replacements with zero excess.

Important — Insurance Eligibility

This service is only available to customers who hold a valid motor insurance policy.
During booking we will request your policy and/or claim details so we can submit and track the claim with your insurer.

How the Insurance Process Works

We manage the paperwork and communication with your insurer — you just confirm the appointment and location.

1. Book & Submit

You book online or call; we submit your claim details to the insurer and start the approval process.

2. SMS Confirmation

You receive an SMS confirming your claim has been submitted to your insurer with a reference number.

3. We Call You

Within 1 hour, a My Glass representative contacts you to confirm your location and schedule the fitment.

4. On-Site Fitment

We carry out the glass replacement at your preferred time and location, using certified materials and methods.

5. Claim Finalized

Once completed, we finalize and close your claim directly with your insurer — no extra admin needed from your side.

What We Need From You

  • Full name and contact number
  • Insurance policy number and insurer name
  • Vehicle make, model, and registration
  • Preferred fitment address or GPS location
  • Photo of damaged glass (if available)
